Įvadas
Yra keletas programų, skirtų darbui su SSH iš Windows sistemų. Populiariausia ir lengviausia naudoti yra „Putty“.
Naudojimas
1 - Paleiskite Putty
2 - Host Name (or IP adress) laukelyje įveskite serverio IP adresą arba domeną (jeigu naudojate „Pro“ ar didesnį prieglobos planą, galite įvesti plano_pavadinimas.ovh.net, pvz., pro.ovh.net).
3 - Spragtelėkite (pažymėkite) SSH.
4 - Spragtelėkite mygtuką Open.
5 - Įveskite prisijungimo vardą: vartotoją, jeigu serveris ar domeną, jeigu priegloba.
6 - Spauskite klaviatūros mygtuką Enter.
7 - Įveskite vartotojo (jeigu jungiatės prie serverio) arba FTP (jeigu jungiatės prie prieglobos) slaptažodį.
8 - Spauskite klaviatūros mygtuką Enter.
9 - Prisijungę prie prieglobos matysite pranešimą (jungiantis prie serverio pradinis pranešimas priklauso nuo jame įdiegtos sistemos):

Your account is under surveillance and in any case where you break

If you launch a dump in the sql database and if you exceed the
usage limits of the server, you will receive an alert to your
webmaster@ postmaster@.
If you are developping programs with C: you must work on a server that
runs redhat 6.2 with glibc 2.1.3. version GCC of egcs-2.91.66
